On the evening of August 16, 2018, the final of the 5th Speech Contest of "Hongchuan Cup" with the theme of "Happiness is Struggling" was successfully held at the headquarters of Hongchuan. Chairman Lin Haichuan, Vice President Liu Yan, Vice President Wu Zhiguang and other leaders and 30 contestants from each competition area and nearly 300 colleagues from the field participated in the event.

From the preliminaries in June, after the selection of each division, 30 players finally entered the finals. After more than 4 hours of fierce competition on the spot, 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, 6 third prizes and 18 best performance awards were produced.
